I bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX used in 2016. I’ve been driving it going on 3 years now and it has 89,000 miles on it. The only problem I’ve had with it is the radio screen quit working so I drove it to the dealership where it then died. Replaced the battery but then has to pay several hundred to “reprogram” the technology so the radio would work again. This was a cost that was not expected and too much. My only complaint is that it may be nice to have high end technology in your vehicle, but it’s expensive to fix should something go wrong.

In April, my husband and I visited this dealership for preliminary window shopping for a GMC Terrain. We met with Stephen Burton who was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We test drove a few vehicles but made it clear we weren't quite ready to buy yet. Stephen was very understanding and didn't push us. We came back a few months later, July maybe, and asked for Stephen again who referred us to Tyler Meek, whom we eventually ended up buying from. Tyler was so much fun to work with and I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the bumpiest roughest roads in the area to test drive for performance. We explained to him that it would be a few months before we were ready to buy, but would come back in a few months when we were ready. He was understanding, not pushy, and he gave me his business card which I made sure to hold onto. Truth be told, we had actually visited the Jeep dealership down the street to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I was also considering especially since the vehicle I would be turning it was a Dodge, so we figured we would get a better deal for loyalty reasons. We had also met with someone over there months ago who we very much liked, but he ended up quitting before we came back and we were greeted with a pushy, annoying, and unpleasant sales rep instead. We never went back. Last week, we decided we were ready to take home a 2016 red GMC Terrain and I sent a very detailed email to Tyler the Wednesday prior explaining my must-haves and would-likes so he could work on tracking down my perfect Terrain before we came in on the weekend. I had looked at the inventory online and noticed that they didn't have what I wanted (specifically a FWD with dark interior) but was assured that they had something that matched my requirements. I was a little disappointed to go in on Sunday and see that my "perfect Terrain" was in fact an AWD though I made it very clear that is not what I wanted. Tyler apologized and said he overlooked that detail in my email, which was fine, but still a little disappointing. I was prepared to listen to him try to push us into buying the AWD but instead, he apologized and assured us he would look at other dealerships in the area and find the right one. So we ended up having to wait a couple days which wasn't too bad, but I do wish that had been addressed earlier so I could get the vehicle sooner. Nonetheless, Tyler was able to track down my perfect Terrain and not only deliver it within the time he promised, but texted me each step of the way so I was never left in the dark. I'm extremely happy with the service I have received from both him and Stephen and will highly recommend this dealership in the future. The process wasn't only painless, it was almost fun, which normally car-buying is really stressful. Although we probably could have received a better deal at the Dodge/Jeep dealership, we came back to GMC because I very much wanted to work with Tyler and give him our business.

I arrived at Gainesville Mitsubishi after previously looking at their vehicles online and submitting a price enquiry. I was contacted back by a sales associate named Edward. Edward did leave a few voicemails and e-mails trying to get me to come in and look. With my busy schedule only a Saturday would work. Edward greeted us upon our arrival and we decided that a Mitsubishi Outlander was not going to work for us as we are a family of six. There was not enough leg room in the third row. We then met Randy who told us about a Toyota Sienna Van he recently got in on a trade. Now we never expected nor wanted to drive a van let alone trade my Ford F-150 in on one. This truck was my baby and we are Ford lovers. After driving the Toyota and realizing the room it had to offer our family and that vans had come a long way we decided to make a deal. The staff here worked together and managed to pay off my current loan and get our family into a newer, less miles and even a lower payment on the van. Now I am back to a extended bumper to bumper warranty with room for my family. I also can't forget to mention that Edward also did an amazing job entertaining our children while we did all the necessary paperwork with Ronnie, Randy and Larry. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to recommending more people to your sales team as well as working with you in the future.

Benito & Abigail are amazing! I was only there to accompany someone else who was purchasing and right away they took my BMW to through the car wash for me. They said anytime I could drive thru and get it washed. Unlike where I purchased my BMW their resident genius (Abigail) went through all my features including the SOS button. I've owned this car for 2 1/2 years. Initially it had some electrical problems but once that was addressed with a new battery, I've had no problems since. I drove from Wisconsin to North Carolina and got excellent gas mileage. Filled up before I left town, filled up outside of Cincinnati and made it home and still had half a tank of gas.

I took in a older car for service, my service representative was Danielle Jackson. My first thought was , because my car was old (2004) and in just for an oil change and the free 27 point check , which I made clear, the service I would receive would just be minimal. Well was I wrong , Ms Daniell treated me like I was Fields best customer and was there to have a fleet of cars repaired. I have never had such service, I have had other cars and always will take my car back to the dealer at least once a year just to make sure it's ok and than back to the more conservatively priced shop for the oil change. I often take my BMW in for service and there is no comparison Fields is the best. Danielle took care of me made sure I was able to have something to eat and drink, (which was the best omelette I have had in a while). But the clincher was that I ended up having to leave my car, Ms. Danielle was able to explain just what the problem was and gave me the best service ever. I really was surprised of her knowledge of repairing my car. Well I had to leave big red Danielle put me in a loaner until to car was ready. I wish I could take my BMW to Fields for service.

Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

He provided excellent service and professionalism throughout the entire process.Kristen goes to college out of town so we were also on a time limit. If he couldnt find it there he would try to get it our go with across town need be to help he told us.As well as our daughter had just gotten in a very bad accident and totaled her Nissan a week before. So everything was still fresh and we were a little stressed. Kristen actually had her heart set on a SUV and not a sedan. After she test drove the Rogue with Wolly she was disappointed as she felt for her it wasn't the right vehicle as she had difficulty seeing out the side windows. As we were getting ready to move on and pursue elsewhere to look at other SUV's Wolly asked us to look at a Buick Verano that just came onto the lot the evening before. He felt it was something to consider after hearing our needs.It was immaculate and had every option you could think of. Miles, price and all were worth looking at. More bang for your buck for sure when compared to others. She test drove it 3 times in the same day. Loved it and he knew our concerns for safety as well as her desires along with our bottom line price. He encouraged her to look and to take her time to feel comfortable about her decision. As she did. At the end of the evening she test drove 5 other vehicles' on her list and still she loved the Verano Wolly showed her. He discussed everything and showed how it all worked on the vehicle before we left to so she could see , ask questions and be educated before she left to look elsewhere. Smart man! No one else did that for us the way he did nor came close. Wolly knew that car inside and out and how all the technology worked. Oh and not to mention he did on every car we inquired about and if he did not he sure found out quickly. Helped us set up her Onstar and XM. He was suppose to leave work at 6 or so and stayed till 9:30 and even got the car detailed for us as the shop was closing that evening even after we offered to bring it back. Great communicator, genuine guy, knows his business and worked well with all co-workers as we observed. My husband is going to be in the market for a truck. We will be going back to see Wolly. The rest of the staff and Gus were great to work with as well. Best experience by far we have ever had purchasing a car. Thanks again Wolly for doing a great job and working with us the way you did!

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

When we visited here late Dec 2016, we were in the market for a used SUV and considered a GMC Acadia as an option due to our prior experience owning a GMC Yukon. We had narrowed it down to either buying a GMC Acadia or Toyota Highlander. We visited multiple dealers. As we shopped around, no one salesperson came close to comparing the customer service provided to us by Anthony Gioia. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and gave us a great description of all the benefits of owning an Acadia. Unfortunately, this dealer didn't have the GMC we were looking for (as were shopping used), but we will definitely come back here when we are in the market again and would recommend him to our friends. I must say that Anthony is the reason we bought GMC again. Thank you Anthony for investing your time on us before and after we bought our car to answer our questions and for helping us make full use of it's features. We didn't' expect you to, but you still went above and beyond for us!!! Please know we are truly grateful! :)

Best car buying experience ever. I am a very savvy car, buyer. I was in no hurry to buy my new car. I live in Tallahassee, but was willing to go as far as Orlando to get a good deal. I received offers from about 12 different dealers. The price for the same vehicle varied by 1000's of dollars. Several dealers would give me low prices, but would not follow up with a formal offer. I finally found Orange Park Chrysler Jeep in Jacksonville, FL. My first interaction was with Richard Bateman who gave me a very detailed breakdown of the out the door price, right down to the $2.00 lemon law fee. During our negotiations, which was done via email, Richard had to leave so he directed my correspondence to Blake Roberts who took over and helped compete the deal without stepping foot in the dealer. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle Gene Myers took over and explained all the paperwork, discussed warranty, free oil changes and was very friendly and professional. I next met with Thomas Bobango who setup the financing and again was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in my new Jeep Patriot in no time at all. Orange Park Chrysler gave me the best price of all the other dealers, was professional and courteous and made the purchasing of a new car a pleasure.
