After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

So I bought a low mileage 2013 car from Nine Stars Auto group from far, far away from Virginia. Kamran was a great sales person and kept me informed throughout the process. I hired a company called Pomcar to perform an inspection, which was excellent, by the way, and I would highly recommend them as well. They sent pictures of the car, tires, brakes, etc, and test drove the car. The only problem they found was a small crack on the front spoiler. I figured "heck, the car is 12 years old and if that's the only problem, that's no big deal" and planned to just have it repaired when it arrived. After the Pomcar inspection, I made a small down payment with a credit card, and Kamran sent the paperwork to be signed and arranged for transport at a very reasonable cost. As soon as the paperwork was complete, they shipped the car which arrived the next day. When I was inspecting the car after transport, I looked for the crack in the spoiler...but I couldn't find it. It was dark at the time, so I figured I just was missing it. The next day, I still couldn't find it. I texted Kamran, and asked it they had fixed it...and they HAD! I didn't ask for them to repair it or expect them to...that is ABOVE AND BEYOND! In addition, HE NOTICED the check I sent was $500 too much (I didn't take the credit card down payment into account) and refunded the difference. Again, I didn't ask for that! Sadly, you don't always get that kind of integrity from car salesmen nowadays. So I put these guys at the top of my list and would definitely use them again! Everything was super smooth and they proved themselves trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Kamran!

My 2015 NV200 SV is my work van. I added a ladder rack with two ladders and a step ladder which had a big effect of the fuel economy (from about 25 mpg to 20 mpg). The paint and body panels are easily damaged so I strongly recommend adding a bra or 3M transparent film. Inside plastic is easily scratched. The seats are comfortable and the driver sits higher than the average mini van so visibility is better. The tires that Nissan puts on this van will wear out quickly so this van has the unfair reputation of going through tires fast which is not true. I replaced the cheap Goodyear Eagle Cargo Tires with Nokian WGR All Weather tires and the wear is normal after over 24,000 miles (Looks like they're good for at least another 24,000 miles). I noticed much better performance in snow and ice conditions after that. Cab heater is inadequate for cold weather regions and you have to keep it in "recirculation" below -10 to -15 degrees celcius. AC works OK in temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius. Parking is very easy in tight situations. Acceleration and handling are adequate but not fantastic (that's good enough for work). GPS Navigation is adequate but not super accurate. Engine and CV transmission still working well but wheels seem to need realignment at almost every service rotation. Only real problem I've had with this van were the power door lock actuators in weather below -1 degree Celsius. Dealer found that they were not adjusted properly and finally fixed it after three visits.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them.
