Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I got from Okaz Moters. They found me a car that meet my criteria and in my price range. The car came with a free CarFax and had been serviced so there shouldn't have been anything wrong with it. When I took the car off the lot and drove it home, I found that it had an oil leak. I told them about it and they offered me multiple options to fix it. They offered to repair it for me without issue but since I live in Michigan and it would be an inconvenience to bring it back to fix it they sent me the money necessary to fix it instead. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

Bought my Maserati ( used) from these guys- I am across the country from them but they treated like I was there neighbor.... was so worried but they checked the car for every scratch and mark and reported to me before I bought. They quickly responded to my offer, and helped in locating a shipper to compare my cost .... car had a title issue that took extra time but they responded to get it fixed before the tag ran out, it was close but title arrived overnight. These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
