The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. Recently bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I had some reservations buying a vehicle that I had never seen (I am in Virginia Beach, VA), but I was provided ample pictures to determine the vehicle condition. They were very helpful and answered all of my additional questions over the phone. The Carfax checked out, and the purchase was easy. The Highland Park staff even helped arrange the vehicle shipping. Within three days of my deposit the vehicle arrived at my house. Condition was exactly as described.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
