I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

We purchased our Ford F350 about a month ago for a great price with absolutely no pressure or hassles from anybody there. They took our old F150 in trade and delivered the new truck down to Colorado Springs. Mike replaced the cracked windshield before delivery which we hadn't asked for or expected, which was awesome. Already put a hard 5,000 miles on it pulling a very heavy 5th wheel RV trailor in a across country move. The truck performed great and we absolutely love it!

I just feel it will last forever . Fun vehicle for the family. I have a son in a wheelchair and we can bring all necessary equipment.

This van is for moving people or cargo. It's strong with plenty of room. Comfortable ride. Cold ac in hot days. Can be used for a conversion project camper etc. Very good transportation.

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

I showed up. They had the car outside pulled right up front for me. Cisco greeted me and was friendly all the way through. I drove the car it drives great im a certified mechanic. It is in great condition. I get my tax returns next week. I will be back to buy the car if it's still available l. Based on the way I was treated even if the hyundai is not available which i hope it is but if not I will be back to buy a differnt car from South Creek

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!
