My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

Excellent Customer Service all around timely and efficient from the salesperson to the young man who showed me the technology end of the service. Thats all I have for today. This requires to many words that's my only complaint! It wouldn't take my city and state this took me another 15 minutes. Thats another complaint. The survey is annoying. Other than that your people are awesome.

This vehicle holds all my work tools with a low back end for easy lifting. The dash is difficult to read with the headlights on unless it's dark. It does have blind spots due to only having two side sirrors. It is very reliable.

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
