After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

My 2015 NV200 SV is my work van. I added a ladder rack with two ladders and a step ladder which had a big effect of the fuel economy (from about 25 mpg to 20 mpg). The paint and body panels are easily damaged so I strongly recommend adding a bra or 3M transparent film. Inside plastic is easily scratched. The seats are comfortable and the driver sits higher than the average mini van so visibility is better. The tires that Nissan puts on this van will wear out quickly so this van has the unfair reputation of going through tires fast which is not true. I replaced the cheap Goodyear Eagle Cargo Tires with Nokian WGR All Weather tires and the wear is normal after over 24,000 miles (Looks like they're good for at least another 24,000 miles). I noticed much better performance in snow and ice conditions after that. Cab heater is inadequate for cold weather regions and you have to keep it in "recirculation" below -10 to -15 degrees celcius. AC works OK in temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius. Parking is very easy in tight situations. Acceleration and handling are adequate but not fantastic (that's good enough for work). GPS Navigation is adequate but not super accurate. Engine and CV transmission still working well but wheels seem to need realignment at almost every service rotation. Only real problem I've had with this van were the power door lock actuators in weather below -1 degree Celsius. Dealer found that they were not adjusted properly and finally fixed it after three visits.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH
