Although I did not purchase a vehicle there they responded very quickly to my inquiry. They were very helpful but not pushy which is exactly how I like it. I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
I had a Jeep Cherokee a few years ago and loved it. I got rid of it because I wanted something smaller for traveling back and forth to work. I wasn't shopping for a car but I happen to ride by and this Jeep (color) caught my eye. Brian Walker was great no pressure buying and he handled everything and before I knew it I was leaving in the Jeep. WOW!
I like this dealership. Although some staff was a little pushy and the posted details of the vehicle that I purchased were not 100% accurate (i.e. didn't have heated rear seats and backup camera as posted). I will say that the sales person (Walt) that I dealt with was very nice and I'm glad that I worked with him.
Easy and helpful are the two best words to describe my buying experience. Staff was extremely helpful in allowing me to test drive and check out the BMW X5 that I purchased from this dealership. Needed extra time to show car to family and looked at. They allowed me to take car for 3 hours to get checked and to show family. Low pressure sales attitude and worked with me to get the car out the door for my budget. Buying the vehicle took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way with my purchase. Adam was knowledgeable of the buying process and willing to help any way he could.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
In April 2017, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius V. The car was exactly as advertised - like new. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional.
No repairs were needed. The paperwork was easy and accurate.
I was in the shopping mood and I was working with John in sales. I was already driving a 2018 Toyota Camry for an extended test drive. I wanted to look at a 2017 Nissan Maxima SR because I loved the look of it. After test driving the vehicle and going over pricing I ended up returning the Camry and going with the maxima. The environment was stress free and provided a very aggressive and transparent pricing up front. I worked with Tim in finance and he got all of my paperwork together and I was in and out of the dealer in a very reasonable time. Much faster than any other dealer I had been at before. I will be recommending this place and this salesman to all of my family and friends.
Mainline auto is amazing! They found me the right car for the right price. If your not buying a car from Mainline your wasting time and money.
