I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. We were on a 4,000 mile trip from Wisconsin to Utah National Parks. My fault I had not looked at oil life and close to your town noted was at 13% and knowing terrain and miles we still needed to drive I became concerned for my engine. Looked online and Mountain Chev came up. Was easy to find and breathed a sigh of relief. Service dept person said booked for the day. My heart sank. We did not have the time to use up a whole day as we were traveling. Would have to stop maybe endless times to get help. The other service advisor spoke up and said he had a opening due to last service appointment finished ahead of time. This young man Randy Corral serves well as someone going out of their way for excellent customer service. We still are so impressed for his empathy and caring for us as people and not just a customer. Makes me love my Chev Equinox even more. My next vehicle will be another Chev Equinox!! Thanks to this customer service. Kudos to this young man!!! Kudos to Chevrolet!!
I am very happy with my purchase. The sales consultant, Nicholas Raymond, was very helpful. In the future if i need a amother car or help, i would look for him. Very paitient and understanding for the customers needs.
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.
