Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
I just leased a 2018 Audi......The car is amazing and so enjoyable to drive. Not only did I receive a beautiful car, the experience of purchasing it was stress free. The gentleman that assisted me is RODNEY at Inskip Audi. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and enjoyable to work with. He is very dedicated to his craft and expertise. This is the third Audi I purchased with Rodney. He is a great asset to the Inskip institution.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.
Chaz Valdez was phenomenal in his commitment to making us comfortable. I work at another dealer and decided to look around first. I'm glad I did. I am an anxious person and ask a lot of questions, they made it a priority to confront that challenge with professionalism and understanding. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership. I bought a Chevy Malibu new from this dealership. At the time there was an indication that the dealer installed window tint had a lifetime warranty. After about 5 years the visibility out the rear windshield started to deteriorate and it became very difficult and a safety issue. When I asked Rick Pool from the service center, he investigated the issue and let me know it would be covered. He also arranged to provide a loaner since we are more than ten miles away. I like working with Rick. He is friendly, easy to work with and is more conscientious and courteous than your typical service advisor. When the time comes it is very likely I will be heading back to this dealership for our next Chevy vehicle purchase. It's not as close as some of the other dealerships but I value the friendly service and trust that they'll take care of issues after a vehicle purchase.
I have driven over 2 hours from Victorville to the San Diego area for years whenever I need a car. 100% credit to Jenni Kendall and Tanya Charles. They make buying or leasing a new an awesome experience. The one day trip is well worth the overall long term reward. Best customer service treatment I have ever received EVER.
