I love my used new car but I've had it for only 2 months and I have had key releasing problems. I took it to the dealer twice already and of course the key comes out perfectly each time. I have to shift the gear in and out of park very hard to remove the key ( what an embarrassment especially with such a wonderful car)
I am appreciative of the great service and patience of the men at Crown Automotive. William and Ryan were wonderful to work with. Buying a car can be stressful and their professionalism and attention was amazing.

I think it’s great it just need some better speakers. It’s only my second car but it’s great to hear the sound of that V8 engine as I’m driving.
I havent had the most enjoyable car buying experiences in the past. With that said, I purchased a 2019 Traverse High Country from salesman Ed Silver. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience, the price seemed fair and to our surprise, the offered an actual very fair price for our trade in. Ed was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think we will be in the market for a car anytime soon, but whenever we are, I would definitely consider going back to Bachman Chevrolet and see Ed for future needs. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

this car needs improvement with visibility, newer technology upgrades, needs better tires, better sound system, needs more room for passengers in the back. After driving a Camaro SS2 I can feel the difference.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great performance, power, comfort, style with this car. It suits every need for speed for price, and can’t beat the style. Thrill with every tank of gas.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I love sport cars, I'm enjoying my camaro alot. Other than that this is my first camaro and i love all the features. Go Chevy!!!!!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I have wanted a new Camaro since the new model was reintroduced. The body style and the promise of high performance were something that you come to expect with a Camaro. I was not disappointed when I test drove my 2015 Camaro that was previously owned and it had 44k miles on it.
It seems to glide on the road. It takes turns like it knows the way to go. I Love my Camaro and I'm very happy to encourage everyone who wants a sports car... go get you one.
Saturday’s are the only time I have to get an oil change and I called places all over near Louisville and no one would take my vehicle. Champion Chevrolet were the only ones that took the time to take my truck in! The customer service was fantastic and the facility was neat clean and not to mention it was fun looking at their large selection of beautiful Silverado’s.

I love Camaros but for an almost new car I shouldn’t have to waited about key getting stuck in the ignition that sucks and I’m not the only one there should be a recall on this
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

The car has been great so far very happy with the good gas mileage and the trunk was alot bigger then I would have thought fits all my groceries with no problems.only thing I have to say is the car is really low to the ground and it's taking some time to get used to it.
Andreas and Richard when above and Beyond had an issue at first they worked really hard to get me where I needed to beThis is my sixth car purchase from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle
