I went in for oil change the young man that waited on me gave great customer service he answered all my questions and my oil change and tire rotation was done in a very timely manner. The waiting area was clean and refreshment, entainerment as well as wifi was available. very Satisfied
Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.

We moved to Austin last year and have had our Porsche serviced @ Porsche Central Austin. The service staff has always been superb. Timely, friendly and professionally. When our lease is scheduled to be due next Feb, we decided to look around for other potential cars. We looked at the Alfa Romeo 4 C and also were interested in a Maserati as well. At the end, given the positive experience we have had, we came back to Porsche Austin. Was greeted very warmly by Shaun Jones and decided to get a convertible this time. I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. Shopped for a car I would love and my salesman quickly showed me why I'd rather have a Buick by pointing out the many features. Seating was comfortable (driver and passenger), the handling and turning radius was what I was looking for.
My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.

Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.
