This is my second time purchasing a car from JS Autohaus 6 and I'm sure there will be a third time in the future(1.5 Hr drive from my house may I add). They are friendly, professional,helpful,and do not force anything on you. Eli and Khader are great people. Would recommend to anybody.
Al was my salesman. I had trouble getting a loan because of my credit but he worked really hard to take care of it for me. He made me feel very comfortable - never pressured, never rushed! Then he really took his time showing me all the details of the car to make sure I was comfortable driving it away. He made me feel like a family member!

Chris was the first person we met with upon entering the dealership. He was attentive and friendly, never pushy about anything like most other dealerships are. We first took a test drive and Chris pointed out all the features of the vehicle. We then built the car out online to try and get a rough idea for what the price would be for all the features I wanted. Originally, I was planning to get the LT and Bryan went so far as to find an exact match for the vehicle I wanted that he was ready to bring a car in from Michigan to get it to us. Furthermore, the first price that was given to us was well under what we were expecting, enough so that we asked them to give us a price on the Premier trim and the price that came back on that is what we're expecting the LT to be after we went through some negotiating. Brendan came to introduce himself early in the process and was helpful in explaining the warranties and drew everything out on paper for us. Upon signing all the paperwork, we met with Eric who helped us handle everything with the insurance company. Would recommend these guys for getting a good deal on a car, will write another review upon my first service trip there.
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
Taking the pressure of finding a replacement car for our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee became easier with the Elkins team. After test driving a number various competitors vehicles, the choice to go with the Equinox became easy. Not only was the personnel at Elkins extremely helpful and never made you feel that you were being pressured, they took the time to understand exactly what you were looking for in a car and the amount you were willing to consider spending, to get into a new vehicle. After the test drive, the Equinox became the obvious car of choice and with the help of Lori Simpson and Bob Borman we were able to come to an easy decision. The car fit our every need at the price we wanted to consider. Thanks to both for all their help. But the man of the hour for my wife and I was Michael Fofana, who definitely earned the title of Certified Technical Expert. Not only does he know his stuff, he made sure my wife and I understood all the features that the Equinox had and how to use them. He spent considerable time with us and when he was done, gave us his contact numbers should we need additional help. Elkins Chevrolet clearly demonstrated what customer care is all about, and my wife and I were extremely happy that we chose such a great dealership.
