Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.

Not a huge fan a car dealerships. For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. Here I was on my endless search for my dream car. Sadly after multiple trips to Miami to see cars that did not live up to the pictures, cars that had much more miles (in 1000's) than had been advertised and unfortunately cars that were not even there. And this was even if they just posted(while you were in route) I so wish I was joking. Well ok, back to Peterson Motorcars of WPB . 5pm on a Friday I show up as they are wrapping up the day. Did I feel rushed, absolutely not, were the quality of their cars top-notch,they most definitely were. Did everyone there just seem more relaxed than your average suit and tie dealership (understatement) Did I buy a car....Yes I Did. And the process was easy, never felt pressured, was given a great deal for a quality Lexus IS350*aka my dream car and YES I drove away in it in time to still have dinner by 7pm. I have purchased many cars in my 50 years of life but the overall experience at Peterson Motorcars I do not think will ever be repeated (oh wait,maybe ...if I go back for another car there in the future) Which I can definitely say ...will be my first stop.
