I added leather seats and remote start, they also had to locate me a vehicle and bring it in. Brian Kirkman was also very helpful. He helped me understand all the bells and whistles of my car. Went to Parks to look at three specific trucks, all Ford???s, and got there right around opening time. Richard saw me and right away checked in to see how he could help. He was courteous, knowledgeable and honestly cared about my experience. The F150 I ended up purchasing was actually not at the dealership because it was taken out to help another customer in VA. Once Richard knew I wanted it he immediately made sure that the truck didn???t have another mile added to it. I was there until 5:30 waiting on the truck and the entire time Richard and the Parks??? team made me feel right at home and comfortable. I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDi which I first saw on Ebay. I live out of state and had this car shipped to me. It was EXACTLY as described and has ZERO issues. Chris A & Ana did everything I asked for before and even after my purchase. I asked for a few specific tasks to be completed after the purchase and Ana did an awesome job at getting things done. Communication was awesome and most importantly the car is too. I got the car serviced and checked at the VW dealer and they found the car to be perfect as well.
