My wife's new car kept dying on her & my two year old! Service department tried convincing my wife that it wouldn't hurt to drive the dying, messed up car back home & drive it through the weekend. After all it was still under warranty so if she left the parking lot & the motor blew up it would be covered.
However (Piresa Willis)the lady who sold us my wife's car! went above & beyond to get my wife & daughter home safely.... Thankyou Piresa willis & whoever helped in getting my wife & daughter home safely.

And when you Go to Chevyland???.ask for Justin Boyles! Justin was/is an awesome sales person. He really LISTENS to US, what WE were looking for, what OUR goals were as to our car buying experience and most importantly, where WE wanted to end up financially which is everyone's bottom line. Justin didn't seem to spend the endless time we've all had to endure at other dealership's trying to convince us to buy something 1. above our means and also 2. that we didn't want or need and finally 3. come to see/test drive/purchase. Justin truly cared about what our needs were and worked hard to ensure those needs were met. I've since told multiple people about Justin, his empathy, his care and concern for his customers and his willingness to get you in the car you not only came to see but wanted to leave in. Thank you Justin for all your help. Personally this is the second car I've personally purchased from Chevyland and the ease and convenience of it all there is really exceptional. I took my vehicle in twice for vibration issue and possible steering issue. I was shrugged off by tech, supervising tech, and shop foreman. No loaner and they had car for week and a half. Brought it back to them on my day off and was told I needed to schedule an appt for next Wednesday morning at 7 am for road force balance. Dropped car off Tuesday evening, got a loaner, and the rest of the work week passed and no answer. I called twice to be put on hold and/or told I would get a call back. It took my husband calling and me calling through the next week to get any answer or diagnosis of the tests done. Found out it was a tire issue which they ordered tires and put on the car. After I picked up the car my husband noticed how the service department scratched my wheel covers. Sent pictures to TJ in service area. I never got a call from the service department. I had placed two calls to the sales managwr, James French, who called me after he got back from vacation. He assured me Chevyland would replace my damaged wheel covers.
Mr Cartwright was so good at his job taking us through the process telling us different things about the car and how everything works. Then he took us to the service department and told us what we need to do.
Great buying experience that started online and everything was done by the day to come in and sign and drive off. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. We will definitely be back for our Chevrolet buying needs.

I was looking to buy a car as soon as possible, i emailed the dealer twice about two trucks i liked but didnt get a speedy response so i ended up going to Kia an bought a car the same day. But one they did respond it was a nice setup. But just a little too late
