Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).

This is the place to go if you want a no pressure, no nonsense, straight-talk car shopping experience . I dealt with Brad, who, from start to finish, was low-key but very attentive in his sales approach. He was well-versed about the equipment offered on the car I ended up buying, quickly and efficiently took care of pricing my car's trade-in value, then got me set up with the dealership's finance and title processing people. Stephanie put together all the needed paperwork quickly-- very efficient and knowledgeable---and I was on my way.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Jon is the best salesman I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. I have had good experiences at Tony in the past with both a Passat TDI wagon and a Jetta TDI wagon. Fair, honest, no pressure, no back and forth. It was almost unbelievable. Jon explained the CPO warranty, road service, and features of the car in a clear and direct manner.
