First I need to say that my Eco Diesel was a bust BUST but when I traded that in and got my 4th Dodge Ram 1500 gas engine this experience had to be the best one ever. Keith Morris worked out one heck of a deal!! Eric Del Rosario was one of the best salesman I have EVER dealt with (before, during AND after), and Jason Headley went above and beyond with my credit. He even stayed late. I've never had an issue with the dealership (even when dealing with the ecodiesel, but that's why they quit making them in 2017.
Keith didn't have to do all he did, but he really helped us out because of all the things we dealt with. Eric texted me and kept me in the loop no matter what was happening since he knew my work schedule was so crazy! And like I said before Jason stayed late to work out THE best possible deal for my family. I couldn't be happier with what all they did for us!
We have been dealing with Forresters for over 2 decades and would never want to purchase from any other dealership. They welcome you as a friend and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. We always work with Travis Mummert and the only rating we can give him would be an A++. Travis is always ready to explain everything you need to know about the new vehicle. He cares about giving you as much time as you need to fully understand everything about the car. He has brought cars to our home for us to test drive in order to keep us from making a trip to Forresters. He has made special trips to our home to help putting the garage door in sync with our new car. We appreciate the time Travis takes to find the best deal for us. He???s extremely knowledgeable about special deals and rebates that apply to the car we???re purchasing. Travis doesn???t stop contacting us after the car is purchased. We know he will call us periodically to see how the car is working, if we???re happy with it and if we have any questions that he can help us with. We never consider buying a car other than a Lincoln because of its performance and comfort, but even more importantly, we have developed a loyalty to Forresters. They always make you feel like you???re a part of the Forresters family. And we don???t think we will ever find a dealer who we can trust the same way we trust Travis Mummert. I very honestly give the top rating possible.
My family has bought at least 5 vehicles from this place over the past 10 years and they've always done good for us. Marcos (the guy we always seem to end up buying a car from), has always been honest and upfront about things regarding the cars, the dearlership policies, and the special offers. He's also very friendly, talking to you like a person and not just a potential sale. The cars we get have always been reliable. Never bought a 'lemon' car from here. The longest lasting was a Seabring that we had for over 10 years, and it would have lasted much longer if it weren't for being in an accident. The shortest lasting one was a '99 Pontiac Grand Am that I had for only two years, but that's because I traded it in for a real nice 08 Taurus which I got from the same place for a great price.
Stopped in to kyners auto sales inc. and was so impressed with the car I looked at, as well as the way I was treated by the staff, I purchase the car. The car was exactly as it was described, beautiful and phil, my salesman, was excellent. Phil, along with all the other employees I came in contact with, were all very kind, respectful and professional. I highly recommend kyners auto sale inc. the next time you are in the market for a used car.

I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....

NEW CAR PURCHASE: Tim Moats was excellent to work with. He was recommended by a friend. I called on Tuesday and discussed what we wanted to purchase and ask if we could schedule an appointment to meet on Wednesday. Tim was scheduled off the Wed before Thanksgiving but came in to meet us. He was excellent thru the entire deal. The evening of delivery he took time with my husband to review all the options, paired his phone, explained each feature in detail and filled vehicle with gas (38 gallon tank!). Picked up on a Thursday and he called on Saturday to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is our 6th Toyota and Tim made vehicle purchase one of the best.
I followed Mike here when he came from another dealership. We clicked like white on rice. He's knowledgeable, kind, KNOWS his cars. Which you might like and warns you which ones to steer clear of. I will always use him as MY "car guy". That's important. You need a car guy. I trust him and that says something.
I recently purchased a chevy avalanche from Sunset, and on the way home the truck gave me a error code for the traction control. I called the dealership, which was closed and left a message. The next morning the owner of the dealership called me personally. He had already contacted a local repair shop and had them contact me later that morning. The repair shop handle the issue quickly and did a great job. Normally you get a lot of blame deflection, excuses, or just poor attitude after the car is sold. This issue, even though it was a minor glitch ( just a sensor) The fact the owner took the time out of his day to make sure I was taken care of says a lot. I would , and will recommend this dealership to everyone i know. Thank you for your great customer service. A very pleased customer. Also thank you for staying open late to accommodate my schedule. You cannot go wrong dealing with this dealership.
I called Criswell's Service department to schedule a time to bring my truck in for a "check engine" light. Brandon answered and quickly got me a date and time within two days from when I called. Once there, he was very professional and advised he would give me a call with the diagnosis and options. He called that afternoon, and discussed options with no pressure of doing more than I wanted. Which I really appreciated, knowing some other dealers would have, but Brandon and Criswell did not! He and his Service team finished the work that afternoon and I was back in my truck in no time! This team at Criswell, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best! Thanks again Brandon and the Criswell Service Team!
I never purchased a car online and was hesitant to do so, but I received the best car buying service at Luxuryautomax.com. I saw a Honda online I was interested in. I called and got more info about the car. Drove down the next day to look at the car and it was exactly as described. The owner was honest, friendly and helpful and made everything easy. The dealership is clean and open. They have a lot of different cars to choose from. Anything from high end to lower priced cars.
I have had the car for a few weeks now. Got it inspected and was told, I got a great clean car. Very happy. Will recommend Luxuryautomax to my family and friends.
The general manager went above and beyond for me. I requested a very specific car type and he found it and for a reasonable price. So grateful. Then went I went to pick up the car the service manager helped go over some special features of the car. Great place and team!
Excellent, responsive service! I had my car in for a routine oil change, and they identified another problem that was covered under the warranty. A great catch, and the work was completed in a timely manner, with a prompt and friendly follow-up call. great job!
