This was a low stress purchase with friendly staff. They delivered what they committed to without pressure, which is all I generally want in a buying experience. I worked directly with the sales manager Donnie before ever visiting the dealership and he was a pleasure to work with.
Wonderful service. The salesman and manager could not have been nicer. We arrived late in the day and were still able to wrap up the sale in less than an hour. Great prices and wonderful service. Highly recommended.
I found a vehicle that was at a different location within the Tim Short group and Eric got all the information I needed and also brought the car to Clarksville so I could look at it and drive it prior to making a commitment. Andre and Eric did a great job helping a difficult buyer (myself) get all the information needed to make me comfortable.
Our salesman, Jonathan, went above and beyond and truly exceeded all of our expectations. We spent 7+ hours at the lot on a Saturday (with our two young children) and Jonathan did all he could to meet ALL of our needs. Very pleased! We were frustrated to find, after that long length of time, that the words "pay trade in full" written on our purchase agreement did not hold to be true. The "miscommunication" the manager claimed to have happened was much more than miscommunication.
This was by far the best buying experience I have ever witnessed. Cortez Chester was courteous and just a really nice person. Didn't try to pressure us with a lot of sales talk, but simply told us what we needed to know about the car. Very satisfied.
I went to Stallions looking for a car for my wife although I did not purchase a car from them they were extremely polite and well mannered. They met me on a very cold Saturday morning and answered all of my questions. While my wife did not select the car we were looking at she was very impressed with the ownership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good vehicle.
From the beginning Anthony was polite and helpful over the phone. I had questions about the listing and I got a call back promptly.
I then proceeded to arrive late for our appointment, keeping him at work late, and I found myself with a shortage of cash as well. Anthony was understanding and accommodating when he certainly didn't have to be.
After borrowing my not-yet-purchased truck to go to an ATM to retrieve more cash, I bought the truck and left the dealership leaving my water bottle on the table. Anthony met with me at a restaurant I was at to return it.
AND THEN after driving my truck 2 hours home, I realized I had inadvertently stolen his dealer tag, still in my car from the test drive. Anthony was understanding about that as well.
While I did everything wrong, Anthony did everything right, I had a great time buying my truck.
By far some of the most friendly dealerships I've went to while I've been searching...they never pushed me into something I didn't like. They made sure I understood everything clearly. The process was smooth and easy. I was treated more like a guest of honor rather than a customer...thank you tim short Mitsubishi employees...
