Just had to wait 2hrs for my oil change. I had a 9:30 appt. time even got to dealership a little early. Was told they were running behind so it would take 2hrs. Other then that everything was good . They always go beyond what you need service to help you. My service guy was Nathan Rogers he was super nice and very professional . I usely deal with John Daigle he’s great to deal with .
By far this was the best vehicle purchase I’ve made. The price was right, the financing was negotiated to a much lower rate than originally presented. The staff at this dealership worked hard to get me the best deal on my new car!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My salesman Felipe was awesome! Asked what I was looking for, assisted me immediately and was a no pressure salesman. When it came time to purchase, very easy, no haggling and in and out in less than an hour! Anthony, my F&I associate worked on getting the best cost and was super friendly and easy to talk to. Overall great buying experience!
I found the car I was interested online and came in to the dealership and the entire process was flawless. I was in and out in no time and I'm so happy with my purchase of my Colorado. Both Keith and Marshall were very helpful and my sales rep was very informative. I will def be back!
Had car serviced on Saturday. Visit was quick and recommendations gone over. Well satisfied with Bryan Subaru. Our lease is up in a few months and we can???t wait to select our second Subaru to lease.
