NEW CAR PURCHASE: Tim Moats was excellent to work with. He was recommended by a friend. I called on Tuesday and discussed what we wanted to purchase and ask if we could schedule an appointment to meet on Wednesday. Tim was scheduled off the Wed before Thanksgiving but came in to meet us. He was excellent thru the entire deal. The evening of delivery he took time with my husband to review all the options, paired his phone, explained each feature in detail and filled vehicle with gas (38 gallon tank!). Picked up on a Thursday and he called on Saturday to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is our 6th Toyota and Tim made vehicle purchase one of the best.

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. And that's saying a lot. I have owned many vehicles and I have never been treated as well in my life as safford treated me. Words can't describe the quality of people there. They let me know the status of my vehicle whenever I asked immediately, and we're very professional. I will be buying all my vehicles and having any service I need done there from now on.
Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
Coming in for a older car left with a brand new one!

We've been looking for a Suburban with specific options and color combination. David Harrison never gave up the search until he found the perfect one! All of our boxes were checked and it's beautiful. On top of finding our perfect Suburban, we got an outstanding trade allowance for our Tahoe. We couldn't be happier.
I stopped by Fitzgerald on the way home bfrom looking at two other dealerships. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted warmly by Jason Seville. Over the next week I came back three more times, and Jason could not have been more helpful. He reached out both via email and text to help me understand the options. He even stayed two hours past his work day to meet, talk with and take a test drive with my son, who loves cars and had a great time. I found the car I wanted at the price I thought was fair. I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived at our home the next day and it EXCEEDED all of our expectations. The gentleman who delivered the car (Jerry) was a sheer delight to talk to. Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....

I loved the customer service and the non-pressure of the buying experience. The cars were clean, well maintained, and the ability to fix anything was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the owner telling us how he gets his cars and his transparency. I would recommend Top Gear to anyone!
They took very good care of the car and communicated everything along the way on my recal given that it took 3 weeks. The rental car worked out well and there was no charge as well.
