Like most people when it comes to purchasing a new or used vehicle there's a bit of anxiety and at times the feeling of being pressured to make a purchase. However, the staff at 518 did just the opposite- the experience was comfortable and welcoming. If I may add, not only was salesman Leonard professional and knowledgeable, he worked diligently after hours to accommodate me as the customer and was patient (which I greatly appreciated). I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I purchased a 2012 Impala from Ken Houtz Chevy based primarily on the great service department. I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Rob Franklin was great! Very personable. We came in about an hour before closing. He was very patient, kind, and accommodating when it came to what we wanted.
