I purchased a used vehicle from almost 200 miles away. Both Blake, the salesperson and Clayton, the manager who did my paperwork, were great. Blake answered all of my questions promptly and in a really straight-forward manner that made me feel very confident. He sent me pictures and every bit of information regarding the condition and history of the vehicle that I requested. They delivered the car to me and I purchased it and signed the paperwork without ever leaving home. The car itself was just as described and the follow-through has been great. This is a very good dealership
I bought a car here with a 30 day / 1000 warranty. During the 30 days I discovered a mechanical problem. It turned out to be a very, very expensive problem, something that only the dealer could repair with new parts. At no point did they try to weasel out of the warranty. They had the repair done and lost money on the car, I'm sure. I couldn't be happier with the car and the whole transaction.
Oil change took way too long 4 hrs to wait on car. Took car and dropped off. Because I did not stay on premises pushed car out of line to take care of ones who waited in lobby. Should not matter if on premises or not. First come first serve with no appointment

Worked with Shaun Smith at the used lot. He was very professional, enjoyed working with him. There was a little confusion in difference in listed price on Cars.com versus what was quoted at the dealership. Not a big deal. Wish we could have made a deal, but also understand they deserve to make a profit. If we could have made a deal they could have made 14000 from my persepective. In all fairness they may have just needed to make more to make a real profit. All in all wasn’t a bad experience just didn’t make a deal. I’m not sure if I would recommend to a friend, I kind of like not messing around and just getting the this is what it is, if your looking to wheel and deal this isn’t the dealership for that, again just from my perspective. I also want to emphasize Shaun was very professional.
Just have to say - If you're looking for a vehicle, go talk to John Preston. He has really worked to make us good deals in the past, and did so again today. He listens to what you want/need and goes above and beyond to make it happen. He doesn't try to push you into something that's out of your budget or not what you're really looking for.If something doesn't go exactly to plan, he'll make it right. He'll take care of you
