I don't buy a new GM vehicle every year, but when I do, I shop at Pemberton Chevrolet-GMC-Buick. Dale Randall, Joe Denoya, and all the rest of the sales crew are great people. They do not use aggressive sales tactics there - very low pressure, very friendly. The service department has always been good to us as well. We enjoy the laid back hometown feel of this dealership and that's why we've purchased three vehicles from them.

I recently purchased a Boxter S from the Porsche Colorado Springs, and needed some help installing the chip and software for Porsche Connect Plus. On Black Friday, late in the day, when the dealership learned that I needed the chip, they sent a sales representative to my home and talked me through the installation and configuration of the software. These folks are the most conscientious and courteous Porsche reps I've ever met! I can's say enough good things about these guys! The buying experience was fast, fun and painless, and the support is first class. I highly recommend buying from this dealership! It was definitely worth the drive.
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.

Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.

I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.
Was looking for a new Buick Encore for my wife and searched around the Metro Milwaukee Area to no avail. Searched the internet and found just the perfect car up at Plach, 90 miles away. Started the buying process by phone and was amazed at how easy they made it. The price was great, and they kept finding more programs that saved us even more on the final price. The drive up and back was definitely worth it! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone and will go back to them when we are in the market for another vehicle.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
