I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
This is the second time in the past year ive bought a car from Dalton and it was a great process both times. He was very helpful in the buying process of both vehicles and i would highly recommend both Dalton and Automaxx.

Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.
Brent acknowledged me right away with a smile and a hand shake! That meant a lot since I was by myself and haven't shop for car in 14 years. He was so helpful throughout the car buying process and I felt at ease. Everyone else that I came in contact gave excellent service as well.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Windhams. Each person had his position perfectly executed and was so very pleasant and nice. I had visited three other dealers and was just plain overwhelmed. A few salespeople really did not know what was on the lot and just walked us around pointing out this car and that car. My husband said that he had heard good comments about Windhams, so we just by chance went there on a very cold and windy day. Bingo! Found the perfect car. 2015 Buick Encore Premier. We live in Mount Pleasant and Windhams drove the new car to our house because I do not drive over the bridge. Another man drove another car, so my husband would not have to take the driver of new car back. Recently purchased a new Cadillac Escalade. I was incredibly impressed with the Manager, AJ and Sales Associate Cliff. Located a car from another dealer to meet my needs. Both were very knowledge about the product and features available to me. Facility is top notch. Finance process very simply and easy. Best place to buy a car!
I worked with Mr. Henry and I must say he was great to work with. I've shopped around at other places the last couple of months and the salesmen at this dealership were some of the best I've dealt with. I came in with a list of vehicles and Mr. Henry made sure I was able to test drive them all so I could decide on which one I really wanted. I'll definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family members in the future. They have a great selection and the salesmen are both friendly and honest. They work hard to make sure their customers are happy and get a great deal.
Drove over 100 miles to check out a vehicle for my daughter and am glad I did so. The lot doesn't look like much on its own but what you lose in curb appeal you make up for in selection and price. The place has been there over 30 years so this is to be expected as far as I'm concerned; it's just a good reason why prices are so competitive.
I've helped others purchase vehicles but this was my first time having to buy one on my own. Scott was helpful throughout and gave me a few options despite my credit being less than stellar.
Before everything was signed he told me their diagnostic scan had picked up an errant O2 sensor. This could be nothing or it could take replacing, point is he took a the price of replacing it off right then and there.
Now after everything was signed I did one more check of things. I couldn't believe it but I had forgotten to check headlights from outside. Well, a headlight was out. They took it and replaced quick as you'd like no questions asked.
I certainly recommend working with this company if they have a car you like, they are courteous, honest and great to deal with.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
