I was from out of state and did my shopping using cars.com. I am self employed and was looking for a specific car. They had the best price by far due to the no negotiation pricing structure. We did everything via email until the last day when I called. They sent me exact numbers so I could review. I drove up on a Saturday morning and left with my SUV in 1 hour. Easiest car buying I have ever had.
My sales associate, Mike Haese, was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable, made the buying process easy. The finance manager John Titley, was also very helpful. Both Mike and John stayed way past closing on a Friday night to complete the sale. I'm very grateful.
A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all!

Thank you to everyone at Schoepp who helped create a seamless buying experience! I was in the market for a new SUV. I reached out online ( let???s be honest, this day in age we all prefer to take care of biz online). Sent an email inquiry???an immediate response (insert applause). Secured a time to come in for a test drive and discussion. No further questions and boom??? I was driving home in my new, very sharp looking Jeep! I???m a returning customer and look forward to continued business!

We went lot shopping for a more comfortable truck. We met Isaac who offered the inventory but applied absolutely no sales pressure. The internet has destroyed any and all negotiations and drives the prices which helps and hinders. Isaac offered options and accessories we truly needed and made it all happen. We were very pleased with the responsible way everything was handled and our wishes were respected. We feel we were treated very well and the price was fair. Clean facility friendly people setting up the test drive was easy.
I dislike not being able to negotiate, as their price was very high for the vehicle and their idea of a "very good" interest rate on a 2016 car was 5% (I've been quoted at 2% for same vehicle) was amusing.
If people don't like to negotiate and don't want to shop around this is a very nice place to buy a car, similar to comparing iPhones (CarMax) to Android (every other dealer).
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
My son came home from school, some six hours away over the Thanksgiving weekend. Upon his arrival, the brakes were making a horrible sound. I made a quick online appointment, for Friday after Thanksgiving, hoping that the car could truly be looked at on such short notice, and concerned that his trip on Sunday would need to be delayed. I called Wednesday early ans spoke to Jack. He said he would do his best, but they were very booked. Not only did they look at the vehicle, but Steve made sure the vehicle was ready for me on Friday. No small feat considering there schedule, but also with the unexpected amount of work the brakes plus required with such low miles. Symdon Chevrolet is truly a wonderful place. They bent over backwards to see that my son was back on the road Sunday in a safe vehicle. I am very thankful.
