.2000 miles would not start

Vehicle is very nice,styling looks paint etc..Only after 2000 miles vehicle would not start.Turned key ,vehicle would not crank over,all lights came on an key would not come out of ignition.Had car towed to dealer who stated battery was low and that cause vehicle computer to shut down.Vehicle was repaired and I hope this solved the problem.Afraid to take car far if it happens again.
I stopped to look at a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. After reviewing the CarFax the car was a Canadian Import car, which means that the factory warranty is null and void in the U.S., and the vehicle history details in Canada are not as comprehensive as the U.S. Buyer beware! The sales person told me the OEM factory warranty was still in tact, which is concerning.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

The truck met all what I was looking for in a truck and then some I’ve only owned it for three days but I am really enjoying it meets everything that I need in the family likes it and it’s comfortable and sharp looking
This was my first time buying a brand new car. I felt at home as soon as walked into the showroom. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and helpful. The final process of buying the vehicle was organized and straightforward. They found the best price for me within the price range I had given them. I look forward to buying another vehicle from them.

This truck meets all my needs. It allows for four to ride comfortably and allows me to haul anything I need. With four wheel drive I never worry about getting around town in winter time too.
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.

Good truck so far has plenty of power. Gets an average of 29 mpg and I drive (spirited), I could easily see people getting low 30's. It does have a bit of turbo lag. The only thing I found I don't like is the lack of a CD player. The transmission doesn't down shift going up hills or accelerating unless it's in a real bind. Diesels like to bring and this one is no different than my 05 GMC dually duramax. I would but another one. And recommend it family and friends.
All of the people that I dealt with were above and beyond what would have been expected. Everything was explained thoroughly. I left feeling like I was a part of the Champion family

So far so good. A little tough to adjust from a 2006 Duramax that gave me 12 good years and 370,000 km. We pulled a 34' 5th wheel for about 45,000 miles. Now have a 23' Lite and its going to take some time to adjust to the reduced power. I have the Z71 with V-6. Nice truck. Loving it so far.
We worked with salesperson Nathan. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience easy. We came in a couple of times to look at the SUV we bought. He was patient, professional and answered our questions . We financed part of our purchase with Bill Estes. That was also quick and easy to deal with. Before we left we had one of their staff show us the features and how to use the sync 3 navigation and all of the controls. He was also very helpful. Good experience and would recommend working with Nathan on your car purchase.

Perfect for someone who doesnt want the full size of a Silverado, but still wants to feel like they are in a truck. This truck is great in the minnesota winters
Our Salesman was honest and straightforward. I didn’t feel like the typical strain of buying. Overall a good experience. I recommend this dealer for your new or used car needs .

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
Certainly will purchase a car from Todd Lloyd! He cares about his customers and gave me the right information so I could make the best decision.

From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional.
They are experts in Chevy.
While I’m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn’t find that here.
As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Quick, easy, and perfect service.Cannot express how happy I was with my first car buying experience. Ill never go to another place. Sales associate Drew Barker and the rest of the Penske team are top notch.
We have been looking for a certain vehicle in our price range and Penske Chevrolet found it for us. They new exactly what we were looking to buy so when it came in, we test drove it and decided to purchase the vehicle. Penske made the transaction so smooth, from the pricing to the financing. Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Theo made the whole experience so easy! He found multiple cars that matched the features I wanted within the price I needed. Thank you so much!

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
A great place to buy vehicles the staffs are very professional and well organized not only that. They're really care about customers best interests and ensuring that you walked out there happy.
