Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.
We drove 455 miles to purchase our 2018 2500hd. Staff was excellent. Service was great. Finance was a little tricky with my excellent credit the intrestent rate they offered was high but we did come to an agreement. Salesman was great and had everything prepared upon arrival. Overall excellent place.
Great shop and service facility. Your staff is very knowledgeable and courteous always attending to the needs of the customer. The service center is always clean and and very well equipped to handle any problem that may need to be addressed. My service advisor Kevin, always keeps me up to speed on any requested service and always advises me when additionL problems with my vechile are encountered and offers recommendations as needed if repairs or failure of components are necessary. I feel very comfortable with the service I have received at Vaden at Pooler.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
