I recently purchased a 2018 Diesel Chevrolet Equinox from Parkway Chevrolet. My salesman, Brandon Sinegal, was excellent in providing me all the information I needed to make the process go smoothly and be a pleasurable experience. The professionalism of this dealership from start to finish was awesome.
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
I had been needing to upgrade my 2014 double cab Silverado to a crew cab so my kids car seats could fit better, and Francisco made it happen with ease! Rodrick and Dennis were both salesman that we're knowledgeable and up to speed on the inventory that was available to match the needs that I needed. Both of them worked with me today for 9 hours at the dealership. I came in looking to make a deal on a used vehicle and walked away with a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado Texas edition. After hours of haggling I feel like I walked away with a fair deal thank you again Munday Chevrolet for my fifth new vehicle purchase.
Derek and his team were outstanding. They got my job done(oil change and fluids flushed)in a short time. Derek gave me a ballpark price and he backed the invoice down to match his quote(impressive!).

Found the truck I wanted online and contacted the internet sales staff online (Joey Smith). Joey was quick to respond and set up a convenient time for me to come by and see the truck. We agreed on a price and the rest went smooth from there. The finance person was not pushy and got me a rate/terms I was happy with. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Lone Star.
Pleased with service and salesman,staff were also professional and courteous. The education about the vehicle was clearly presented with time taken for individuals questions being considered and answered. The unit was exceptional clean and the dealership was heavily customer oriented. I would recommend my salesman and the dealership without hesitation. The location is an ideal place to shop; easy off and on freeway.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
