Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I went to Matt Blatt looking to buy a used Mustang. My salesman, Marc, was knowledge and easy to work with. It didn’t feel like an ordinary car dealership. Very family feel to them and very honest. Armen Chevrolet made the entire trading in and buying process extremely easy for me. My car was sold to me with just 2 miles on it, they gave me a fair trade on my old vehicle and walked me through the steps of each process. The one issue (probably not important to everyone) was the excessive branding they put on my new vehicle with their name on it. They had a vanity plate on the front of the car, a license plate cover with their branding, and an emblem (not a decal) bearing their name stuck with heavy adhesive. It was almost impossible for me to remove the emblem and if not done right could have resulted in damage to the paint.
I traveled ~60 miles to look at a car with my family and Auto Lenders didn't disappoint. Ask for Ryan W. he was courteous, cooperative and supported making myself and my family as comfortable as possible. Hate car shopping? Try doing it with (3) kids under 5 yo on a cold, rainy day. Ryan and his team made them comfortable and gave them snacks and drinks to help pass the time. They helped me with moving (3) car seats into the van to test drive and ultimately I purchased a used Honda Odyssey that just came in and in the process traded in (2) vehicles. It was as seamless as I could imagine the process. Thank you Ryan and your team for such great service, I would definitely look to use AL again.
