They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
I had a wonderful salesman, Chris Jones. He understood that I drive the 150 miles to get to this dealership; so I needed everything ready to go. The process was very quick and hassle free. I got a flat tire going through a car wash. Kyle was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Because he has an SS too, he knew exactly what to do. My tire was replaced even though it took a long time to get. Everyone is always very polite. Matt helps me too but he was on vacation. My husband Ron always was pleased with the service at Dave White's and I also am. The employees there represent their owner very well!
