I walked on to the lot at Chevrolet of Wooster wanting to gather information about the new Silverado. I was met by Mr. Book. He was very informative on the models, he showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. The whole experience was 5 STAR! Definately will go back when the need to buy arises.
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
The staff at Chuck Nicholson's made my truck purchase a pleasant experience. It was extremely nice to be able to view the inventory on their without being hounded by salesmen. Salesman Scott Fry was very down to earth and friendly and the whole staff was very accommodating to my wishes for this purchase. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know !
As a female car owner, I generally dread visits to the car repair shop - as a total layperson, I usually do not enjoy being convinced that my car needs (in my view) unnecessary repairs/upgrades. Branson assessed the situation, proposed solution and in less than 90 minutes I left the dealership with a fixed car and good feeling. I really enjoyed the little touch of a cookie left on the passenger seat with a note from the Service Department - these extra little touches will help me coming back whenever repairs/car consultations are needed.

Wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found several we were interested in. The sales person on his first day working for the dealership explained the different warranties for each one. There was a couple of issues that concerned me and he and the parts department worked everything out to my satisfaction. The financial person was very organized and made the transaction very painless. I have used the service department several times and plan to keep doing so. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, my 1st visit will be with Sarchione Ford.

While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!
I worked with Shane, who was quick at responding, and was nice enough to send me pictures via email and text. I selected to work with this dealership, as they had an unbeatable price. We ran into some struggles with my old/current lease in the middle of negotiations, that I wish could have been worked out before my drive there, but all was resolved.
Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed. Through the years I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships and I have to say that Schoner Chevrolet provided my best experience ever. I don't have a single bad thing to say. From start to finish they took care of me and answered any and all questions with very knowledgeable answers. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys. Serra bought Park Auto in 2017 and although many Park employees are still there, the overall management is clearly different and more oriented to corporate sales instead of customer satisfaction. My recent purchase experience showed they are no longer the same company that I respected and trusted in the past. My suggestion is to shop more carefully and compare other dealers.
I was notified of a recall on my truck, notice was very bright orange postcard type. could not miss this notice, made my appointment for the next day. bright orange card is a great idea could not miss it in the other mail. arrived for my appointment, paper work complete, have a seat, should be finished within the hour. corrective action completed within the hour, vehicle washed drove out one happy camper. great customer service
