Although we did not purchase our 2012 vehicle there, we consistently have our car serviced by Joe Johnson. We were NOT satisfied with the service from the dealership where we bought it. The overall service we received at that dealership was terrible! - So we tried Joe Johnson. We were not disappointed with the switch. Mitch and Ann are knowledgeable, conscientious and courteous. They make themselves available for questions and emergency repair services. The appointment hours are convenient for working customers.

the 8 speed transmission is flawed, major shudder/vibration issues that have mine in the "lemon" category. 4 trips to the dealer for repair and no solution in sight. Come to find out this issue has been chronic for years with 8 speeds and GM still cannot address. Sorry I bought this vehicle.
