Went in for an oil change/DEF fill up/general service checkup at 5500 miles. Also needed the alignment checked. Was in and out in 1.5-2 hours, zero hassle, with updates from the service manager along the way.
Love my new car and loved the sales team at Graff.

Thank you Jeff and Jason Saunders. We came into Graff to see if we could swap out our current car for a new one. Our goal was to keep payments low and pay off our previous car. We were shown multiple vehicles. When we chose the one we wanted, they gathered the information and made it happen. Not only were we able to pay off the car we traded in but the trade in value they gave us allowed extra money towards the down payment. Now we are driving a new Equinox and paying over $100.00 less a month than our previous payment. We were also given a tour of the service area and each area gave us Little freebies (air freshener, chamois, bucket, etc). It made experience lots of fun.
I went in knowing kind of what I was wanting and Wyatt showed me three different car options and explained the difference of each one. I did a test drive of the one I wanted and then he made sure I got a great price. He is open and honest about realistic prices and it makes it easier to know what to expect before you test drive a car. This is my second time leasing and having Wyatt Earp as my agent. I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. The dealership took me rite in, tentatively diagnosed the issue and keeping the car overnight fixed the problem. Courtesy rides home and pickup the next day and return to the dealership. Their customer waiting lounge is always very clean with many amenities like big screen TV, Desktop with computer and plenty of comfortable seats. Along with always stocked snacks and coffee/tea. They are very professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution to it. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist or the auto dealership. But my visits to Simms Chevy have always left me with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
Everyone looks passionate. Well, I did enjoy the experience that buying a new car at Vic Canever Chevrolet. Tye helped me, and he could answer some technical questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out within a minute. Mark took care of the financing stuff, and I do like his collection of model cars. Those are arts! The experience there is happy without some hard bargain or unsatisfied stuff. I am satisfied with the discount on the car I bought and I love my new Cruze. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.
