Robert is a quiet man being that he is not pushy to seal the deal. He gave me all the info i needed in order to make the best decision for my budget and woked it through to management. I have a Ford Edge i love and am excited i was finally able to get an SUV. Initially I Leased thru him and then purchased the vehicle at lease end. Ive had the Edge 3 yrs so far and not a hint of trouble. I so bery much love driving it plan to keep this for another 10-12 Yrs atleast. Thank you Robert and your finance team.
We let Jamie know what we needed and she got it for us. Easy as that. She knows everything about her vehicles and she had no trouble getting us the financing we wanted. Every employee I worked with was courteous and friendly. At no point did I feel like shark bait on a hook, nor did I feel like a dropped wad of cash. Mark took the time to explain several items to me a second time when I had questions about something. Financing was a great experience as it could be with all the anxiety of signing what amount to a small mortgage payment.
Top notch dealership and proud that they serve lil ol' Dickinson. Friendly staff and very honest (as far as salesmen go). I hope they stick around as a Dickinson staple. The city has been through a lot this past year.
A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
We had our 2012 Acadia in for service and state inspection. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did great work and returned the car clean and with all work done completely.
