It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
2500 Ram had check engine light and 4 recalls!Great! I Let's just say the reviews were not positive for most dealership service departments,including this one!Reluctantly I called and left a message and later that same day Brenda called with instructions and set an appt time. (was about a week out! Haddad rudely informed me it would be two!!) Arrived at the appt Thursday morning and was greeted with enthusiasm by my service girl Amanda. She is very pro!Real genuine and soothing in an annoying situation, like potentially not having your ride for days! I picked my truck up on Friday @5 right before quitting time at 6. Only two days! I saw zero poor attitudes and everyone was buzzing around getting things done. She also sent informative emails and reminders all throughout the process documenting everything!! I was worried for nothing,Just sayin!
Lorenzo in service does an excellent job. We have been taking cars to him for 8 years. Always has my car back to me in a timely manner. Great customer service!! One of the reasons we keep buying Chevy. The service department is unbeatable.
I recently purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox in January and I couldn't of felt more like family. Manuel Arellano made us feel like top priority and did everything he had too to make sure that we drove off in the vehicle we really wanted. I never felt so comfortable about purchasing a used vehicle than I did here at Limited Motors on so. Union Ave. Their vehicles here are top notch and look brand new. They make sure that you drive away in luxury and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future.
Getting a diagnosis or repairs done on your vehicle can be a strenuous thing for many of us non car savvy car owners. I have endured my fair share of horror stories when it came to mechanics trying to misdiagnose the problem with my vehicle in their attempts to generate the most amount of fee income at my expense. It is because of those practices that I became skeptical of each mechanic that I came across, and there were many. That is until I found Lorenzo Perez at Richland Chevrolet. I have always been a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I have never attempted to go with the cheapest price simply to save a buck at the expense of losing quality service. Sometimes the best companies will run a bit more because we have to simply realize that they are a business and need to stay in business as well. With that said, the biggest differentiating factor here is the trust that I have in Lorenzo and his staff. Trust is important to me and is the sole reason why I will always return to Richland for all of my service needs.
My car said it was time for oil so I came down to Bakersfield Acura. Luis was quick to greet me at the service area and see what I needed. He was very friendly and provided updates on my car and provided an overall estimated time for the work to be done. I???ve had my TLX for almost a year now. While waiting for my car, my salesman Mario, checked in with me and took some time to chat since we ran into eachother in the showroom.
