I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. She also was so pleased at the service she received from the time we entered the door until we left 3 hours later. We now have 2 Cadillacs and now she has her SUV. Will always recommend to someone looking to buy.

I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package
Purchased my new Silverado over a year ago and still get it regularly serviced at Trenary because they treat you like it's your first visit. Always welcoming and professional.
Too many problems within two years.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. They got me out of my crappy Suntrup car and into a certified 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Thank you so much. A job well done gentlemen. You have my future business and my family's. I will be recommending you to all my coworkers and friends too.

the 8 speed transmission is flawed, major shudder/vibration issues that have mine in the "lemon" category. 4 trips to the dealer for repair and no solution in sight. Come to find out this issue has been chronic for years with 8 speeds and GM still cannot address. Sorry I bought this vehicle.

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
Tyson was very professional and fast. We had the repairs done within one business day. As soon as we arrived with the vehicle he had a technician look at it and found the problem. Parts were ordered and received next business day. Great job.

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
