I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry. There certainly need to be more salesmen like him and will care for you after you drive that large purchase off the lot. Thank you Dan, now a friend and forever a customer!
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. And look forward to doing business with them in the future
Sales representative (Heather Rosas) was very courteous and knowledgeable about the new vehicles. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. We are planning on having our new vehicle serviced by Ancira as well.

Best experience. Starting with our salesman Ricardo Rodriguez, the manager and Donna Terblanche. Everyone was professional yet personable. It was really awesome to have Donna handle the financial part in purchasing our new Toyota Sienna for the 2nd time. She is truly a Gem. All our questions were answered and my family and I felt comfortable and at ease. I will continue to refer my family and friends to Cavender Toyota on 410 and Bandera.
Only reason i am not giving 5s is because i had to return the following day because i wasn't getting enough for my trade. Although i did go upside down on my trade, Ancira did have the best pricing for my Atlas. The customer service was great and i was happy with my purchase.
I???ve purchased several vehicles from this company and have never been dissatisfied with the sales team. I especially like the service department and would recommend them even if you didn???t buy here. They are very friendly and conscientious and take care of your vehicle like it was their own.
Joseph listened to everything I was looking for, only showed me what I was interested in. Unfortunately my van wasn't ready and wont be for a day or 2 and my trade in wasn't running but they let us use a loaner! Im very happy with my experience and will go back
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENCED VARA CHEVROLET
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
