Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.

We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!
Have a HD2500 Duramax. Took it in for service and got awesome service. Had a local shop look at it and found water pump leaking but could not do it. They said take too dealer for repair. I am not a dealership kind of person at all. Went in and talked with Bill for about 45 minutes and he gave me estimate for wat I wanted done. Went to another dealer for estimate but did not have same vibe as Bill, so I took it in while I was out of town. They checked it out and verified wat I was told. They did the work and found other stuff to address. They gave me estimate on it , did not pressure sales me. Let me do checking and discuss with my wife. Ended up they did more and I could trust them while out if town. Went to get it when got back and was not ready but was fine with it because then I knew they were not rushing threw it to get it done and collect money. They really do care. Something else popped up after it was done which was out of there control , so they had to order a seal. Came in late this a.m. and was done early p.m. today. They went above and beyond what I have ever expieranced in the past from dealships. They have a new customer for as long as I own Chevrolet's. Again highly recommend there dealership for your service needs. Ask for Bill, he is awesome to work with. Keith k.

I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.
