Steve Garner, at Patterson Auto, not only made the purchase of a XT5 easy and enjoyable, he also spent the time to thoroughly explain the navigation system setting up Bluetooth, On Star, etc. Steve renews my faith in customer service which is a dying art! And....it is an art. With the exception of an overly detailed explanation of the need for an extra warranty on car made when we only wanted to finalize the purchase with payment, the entire experience was quick, efficient, pleasant ...AND....I love the XT5. I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Curtis Hannah and Troy Inman were great in sales helping us get what we wanted and thanks to Jarrod Tofte for help with the media system.....a great team! We had a very good experience and would recommend The Ford House.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
They were very professional and got the job done. I got the car I wanted and I???m very satisfied with both the car and the financing.

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
Traveling on our vacation across country, got a major unexpected issue with our car. It definitely took time to diagnose and fix it, but they did a great quality job, changing the whole engine. Peter took a very good care of us, walking through every step of the process. Thank you!
Will never buy a Chevy Colorado again!

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
