Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
I have been buying cars at Nesters for over 30 years , and they have always been great to work with.
They will go the extra mile to help, if a new or used car or truck. I drove 75 miles to deal with them !

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Rick and his crew did an awesome job on my truck. Paint and repairs were perfect and done quickly ‼️ I will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again for a fantastic job

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
I have been taking both my Honda and Acura MDX to Williams Honda for several years and have always been pleased with the high quality service. Service Advisor, Ryan Holmes regularly and routinely goes well above the call of duty to ensure he earns my business and provides a first class experience. His old school approach to customer service makes returning a no brained.

I like my 2017 Colorado. only thing, they can't fix the shudder. I have taken it 6 times. they think that I'm going to trade it. I want my truck fixed!
So I love my new car but. I don't like it when I get taken for a ride. Got my car knowing it had a new motor put in it . New being a different one . Don't know who I delt with sorry I forgot his name . When I asked about how many miles we're on the new motor I got the story well shouldn't be much more that what was on it oridganaly. Car had around 42000 miles so after we got all the paperwork done still no answer on the miles of the new motor. Well long story short it had around 58000 miles on the lol new motor. Paying alot of money for this car should have got a better deal feel taken . But would like to mention something Boyd was awesome took great care of me guess maybe he should be running the show just saying. And the Yung lady in the kalkaska office was great to but that's it

This car met all of my needs and rides very smoothly. It also gets pretty good gas mileage considering it is a 4x4 with a crew cab
