I give Lutesville Ford my highest recommendation possible. I've purchased many vehicles from private sellers as well as dealerships in the past; Their whole staff/facility/experience at this dealership is top notch. I live in Minneapolis, MN and flew down to the Cape Girardeau airport to look at the truck I had my eye on. (I ultimately purchased it from them) The dealership is located roughly 30 minutes away from the airport and they were more than willing to send a courtesy car to pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab. I'm a mechanic myself, and was very happy to see that this truck was not falsely advertised online, and actually exceeded my expectations upon inspection. (Which was a good thing considering I drove the truck 10.5 hours after buying it back to Minnesota with no issues whatsoever) The whole staff was friendly (not the "fake friendly" that some dealers show to make a sale). These people I truly felt were genuine and run a fantastic operation. Everyone from the courtesy car driver, to the salesman, to the gal in financing, and the folks at the front desk made me feel like a friend of theirs, and a customer that matters. Even though they're almost 11 hours away from me, if the need arises for another vehicle, I won't hesitate to make the extra effort to come see them again. I heard their dealership has been in business for over 80 years... They're obviously doing something right here. Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
I had been searching for my dream vehicle for a few months. Working with Coad and Doug made the process quick and easy! I was able to find the vehicle that met every detail on my wish list and I'm so happy with my purchase! My family has worked with Coad and Doug on multiple trade-ins and will continue to do so because of the great service we've received.

I like my 2017 Colorado. only thing, they can't fix the shudder. I have taken it 6 times. they think that I'm going to trade it. I want my truck fixed!

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Very reasonable prices. I had a great experience with the dealership. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Pleasant atmosphere and clean place.
A ton of nice cars to look at.

I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package
