We had bought from Castle Ford in the past and had a few issues arise with our warranty and stuff. But, I???d say Castle Ford redeemed themselves with our new purchase of the 2018 F 150.

So I thought I was down grading I have been a ford guy I I've always liked the way that Ford's look to me they look good but I've had bad luck with almost every Ford that I've had I don't know if it's luck or if it's Ford but I'm starting to think it's a Ford thing.So and right my last truck was 2010 ford f150 5.4 Drove it and 150,030 miles blown motor cam phazers how motor rebuild And came on check light airbag mechanic in ford could not figure out what was going on had enuff traded in on this little work truck wow I'm happy right now I tow just over 2,000 lbs for work ever day pulls like a champ for just 5 cyl And gets 20 mpg my for got 9 and pulled the same thing.Little less power up hill but the ford should be better pulling better.If your just towing around 2.000 lbs your good and it's great in the snow and off road.Only had for a month but I might be a chey guy now also my only other chey was 1999 gnu Safarie that van pulled trailers like this truck and whent over 300,000 miles v6 in that Kohl's a little bit better than the van and more power up hills and backing up the trailer has more power for sure hoping this little truck can be like my van was for me if it is I'll never go back to buying a Ford again!!

Love this truck. Small but comfortable. 5 cly. is perfect. Plenty of power and I average 21mpg (that's city and hwy over the course of a month).4x4 is unstoppable. Bluetooth for the phone is flawless and better than bluetooth in 2018 cars I'v rented. Seats 6, though front middle passenger better be small.
Went in for oil change and rotation and came out with malfunctioning tire monitor system. Now I have to go back to see if they can get it to work.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Drove a 2008 corvette, and found it needed a new part for the cruise control. Very professional, however slow in getting part in and functioning
properly. Would recommend Dominion any time.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
After having signed up for alerts for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler over a year ago . I was alerted that this dealership had taken one in on trade. I actually was able to speak to the dealership owner on the phone and purchased it without even looking at it. It was exactly what I had been waiting for plus it was only 30 minutes away. I found the sales people actually loved their jobs and it was like dealing with friends. Truly not what I would have ever expected. It proved to be a fun experience .

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
Dropped of my vehicle for service and a particular suv caught my attention very friendly sales people with a no pressure approach highly recommend saures and there staff i woiluld buy another vehicle in the near future from them again

Looks great, very comfortable truck to drive. Can't wait to take it home. Salesman made me feel right at home and I felt very comfortable working with him.
After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.

Truck cuts off during idle. Oxygen codes all throw codes. They can't find the problem. Love the truck perfect size and power. This is our main vehicle.
My car buying situation was different that any other time, Gary and Matt were great and extreme professional and cared about my Wife and my purchase of our new Jeep. They looked at many different cars with us and helped us choose the best option for us. I will come back to buy my next vehicle from these guy and will recommend them to my friends and family. Perfect for someone who doesnt want the full size of a Silverado, but still wants to feel like they are in a truck. This truck is great in the minnesota winters
My wife and I were looking in to getting out of a older vehicle, and into a newer used car. We fell in love with a 2014 chevy spark Ev and Louie and Chad did an excellent job of getting us out of the old and into the new. Thank you Louie and everyone at Dominion Chevrolet.

Vehicle experience one mechanical issue after another, including crank issues, rough idle, intermittent no starting, CD player stop worrying, and several air conditioning components failing.

From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional.
They are experts in Chevy.
While I’m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn’t find that here.
As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.
I was currently in the market for a new truck and Schepel had just what i wanted but pricing was fluctuating due to rebates. Everything aligned and truck was right were i wanted it so i pulled the trigger. Steve and Bill were great and gave me what i wanted for my trade and got me in the new truck. My wife, toddler, and 2 month old tagged along that day and they did what they could to make the process as streamline as possible. I would definenitely recommend Schepel to others and will continue business here!

Shout out to @chestertonnissan for bring my civic back to life! Tree branch went through the front radiator during a storm last week and I unknowningly drove it on a 90 degree day and melting all the engine snd stuff
Luckily there team are amazing and reinstalled a new motor from scratch.anyone that drives or works on foreigner cars knows how difficult it is due to the tight spaces and specialized tools to get the job done. The team did amazing tho! Definitely check them out if you ever need work done! Great job guys!thank you!

This truck did everything it was expected to do and was still comfortable and fun to drive. I never had a problem while owning this vehicle.
Castle Subaru always seems to go above and beyond in service. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I always have a great experience with them.
