I recently went in to get my vehicle repaired after the service light came on in my car. They diagnosed the problem and assured me that the was the cause of the problems I was having with the vehicle. The cost came out to about $850 dollars and they assured me that this broken part was what was causing the issues. I had it replaced and a week later I’m having the same problems. I will be going in again to have it looked at but I feel that this is the responsibility of the repairmen as they assured me that the problem would be fixed. $800 dollars is a lot to pay for no improvement in my vehicle.

Our dealer was excellent. He took the time to explained the difference between leasing and buying. He took us outside to show us how different colors looked on the cars and to let us compare the different body styles. He was patient and not pushy with us while we decided what extras we really wanted. He searched many dealers around the area to find the exact car that we wanted even though we weren't for sure about buying yet. When we did decide to buy, he did everything he could to get us any discounts. He even convinced them to pay for our car to be trucked in from a different dealership. He then came in on his day off when our car came in. He took four hours out of his own time to make sure that the purchase went smooth. He also made sure that we knew everything about the car before we drove away and that we were completey satisfied with our new purchase. Even the owner of Ericksens came out to shake our hands and congratulate us on our new car. We will return and recommend this dealership to all of our acquaintances.
Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!
I approached Tre Kinney using Cars.com and he answered my questions promptly and provided the documents that I requested. He was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle that I tested and anything that he did not know he refused to give us an answer on so as to avoid putting his foot in his mouth or just giving us what we wanted to hear, I respect this approach and it made me trust him more. We arrived in the evening (an hour before close) and when it came time to negotiate (dealership closing time) he sat with us and was patient in the approach. We counter offered three times and ultimately struck a deal. Tre and Carousel were willing to negotiate on the spot and were receptive to the reasoning behind my offer. Ultimately I got the deal I wanted and I am sure they got the deal they wanted. Win-win. Also a shout out to Chad in financing for sitting down and answering our questions. Most important thing to me is they listened to me- to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, not just what they wanted to sell me. From the salesman, to finance to delivery, everything was great - I was treated exactly like I wanted to be treated in every respect.

True honesty and outright fair pricing and the owner, Mr. Essig, has been very instrumental in working with me and my company also. I would recommend this dealership for anyone's vehicle needs.

I didn't buy the truck at Eriksen but I have all my service done there. They are hands down better than the dealerships service dept where I bought it.
If they would improve the sales dept this would be a perfect dealership.
I was driving in to work and all of a sudden I had warning lights come on in my Trax. I had no idea what was wrong. So, I pulled in to Billion Chevy. It was a little before 7:30, and I didn't have an appointment. They took my vehicle right back and checked it. Nothing was wrong. They thought it was just from the sudden change in weather to cold temps. They reset the computer and checked the pressure in all of my tires. It was fine after that.
