First made contact with dealership to pre-qualify. Process was hadled very quickly and Bessie provided an exceptable rate for our credit rating. Vehicle was listed here for $29k roughly but their site shows $30k. Initially that caused concerns, but after seeing the car I understood why. Inside the SRX are multiple ink marks on the roof and tears within the seat leather which could cost a feww hundred to fix. The on the back of the trunk is a scar about 6-8 inches in length. The photos did not show the damages. I asked to negotiate the pricing to have the car corrected but the associates and management declined to reduce the price just $1700. I hope you have a better experience and good luck to Pursch selling that scar.
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Richard was great! No pressure and patient while I considered and reconsidered my options. Richard would be the reason I’d buy from Vara again. I appreciated the customer walk-thru with Richard showing me the different departments and introducing me to each department head, as well as receiving a small gift from each department and the coupon book. My Vara experience was top notch due to the escorted walk thru after purchase and Richard’s excellent customer service skills.
Thanks to Johnny Robles we are now the proud owners of a 2018 Traverse Premier. Having gone to 5 other dealerships prior to visiting Vara, we had horrible experiences. We had no intention of purchasing when we did because of our previous experienc- we just wanted to test drive and talk numbers. But, because of Johnny and everyone at Vara, we walked away with a new vehicle. Thank you so much for all you did. We will definitely be repeat customers! By the way, 5 stars isn’t enough!
