Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
Everyone that my husband and I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our 2017 CPO Kia Optima purchase! We dealt directly with Carl Madonna and Johnny Taylor, both of whom were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.

My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a car of my own and I didn't feel pressured into anything. They walked me through the whole process, and I felt like I got a great deal. Mike, the salesman, was so helpful and accomodating. I definitely recommend this dealership!
Great sales team, service could be better. Received an ezpass violation in the mail for my car they had for the day. They took care of it but the Hassel to get it cleared up was ridiculous. Other thing for those buying an f pace, they but xxxx tires on them. Had to buy new tires after 12000 miles. Absolutely unacceptable for all the money you pay for the SUV.
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! Great experience! Found car online, my husband went to test drive it, liked it, dealer worked with him to get it to a price we were comfortable with. We had a change in our plans and decided to pick it up that night instead of later in the week as previously arranged. They were very friendly and accommodating. We had to travel an hour to get there and when we got there the paper work was all ready to go. Didn't make us wait.
I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car. Our experience began with Chelsee in the Internet department who listened to our needs and gave us a price that was very competitive with other offers we received. We then came into the dealership and were greeted by our assigned salesman, Mohammed who provided excellent service and a signed contract exactly in accordance with what we had been offered. Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
I never imagined having such a good car buying experience but after dealing with Adam and the staff, it was clear why they have been around so long. I got exactly what I wanted and no fuss. This is the real deal dealership.
