Super impressed with Buddy Hoff at Anderson. Of all the dealerships in my search for a different car Buddy was literally the only sales individual I worked with who actually did what he said he was going to do. He provided options for cars in the category I was looking, called with updates and emailed me cars at other Anderson locations for consideration. A man of his word and willing to work for you. I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
Even though they were unable to help me, these guys stayed professional from the moment I walked in, until the moment I stepped out. Marv was great! As a younger guy, first time buying from a lot, they treated me with respect. I will look forward to doing business in the future!
Nice truck but engine light problems

Truck cuts off during idle. Oxygen codes all throw codes. They can't find the problem. Love the truck perfect size and power. This is our main vehicle.
It is such a comfort, and truthfully a surprise, to discover that a dealership has their customer’s best interests in mind. I was very distressed to find a crack in my Subaru’s windshield within 3 weeks of having it replaced (at another business). I came into DuTeau Subaru in Lincoln and spoke with Steve in the service department. He went out of his way and brought various parties together to replace my glass with no charge to me! I truly appreciate Steve in the Lincoln, NE DuTeau Service department.

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Good sales team to work with. Even though I ultimately chose not to buy the vehicle, they tried their best to make it work without being overly pushy.
Too many problems within two years.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
Subaru builds Great automobiles...but when buying one you also buy the dealership! I think this is the 11th or 12th Subaru we have purchased/leased from Duteau Subaru. They are the best...sales, management, service, parts and even the body shop. You are always treated with respect and outstanding customer service! Sales Associate, Dan Belling did a wonderful job again on our Subaru purchase.

I like my 2017 Colorado. only thing, they can't fix the shudder. I have taken it 6 times. they think that I'm going to trade it. I want my truck fixed!
Nathan is a great sales guy to work with!! He was knowledgeable and courteous throughout our entire buying experience. A week after having my new car, Nathan contacted me to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle. I told him that there was a popping noise when turning and the reverse camera didn't always work. He immediately offered to have a tech look at the vehicle free of charge to see what the issue was. I dropped my car off today and they are fixing a ball joint at no charge. They're also going to work with the manufacturer dealer to figure out the camera. Until then, they've got me a nice loaner car to use. I love my new car and I'm sure I will even more when it's fixed. They didn't have to do any of this but they are trying to do the right thing and that's hard to come by these days. Nathan, Katy and the managers there have definitely earned our respect and trust.

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
Very good experience. I would recommend this dealer and/or sales representative.

From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional.
They are experts in Chevy.
While I’m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn’t find that here.
As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.
