We drove 455 miles to purchase our 2018 2500hd. Staff was excellent. Service was great. Finance was a little tricky with my excellent credit the intrestent rate they offered was high but we did come to an agreement. Salesman was great and had everything prepared upon arrival. Overall excellent place.
I love my new car that I bought at Newton Motor Group in Shelbyville TN. My salesman Wayne Brewer was great. He helped me pick out my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recomend Wayne and Newton to everyone. I tried to submit this the other day but I think it didn't go through. I hope it does this time, I want everyone to know how happy I am.
I had a slight problem with the side steps for this truck but once it was brought to the attention of my salesman, Darren, it was dealt with and resolved promptly. Great place with great staff! The price was amazing and we absolutely love our new car. We did experience a battery issue, but it was a used vehicle. They paid for us to receive a new and were extremely professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and I???ll be sure to come in a few years! :)
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

Overall very satisfied with our salesman Mr. Lewis and our vehicle purchases. Because I have purchased two vehicles in one year, I was able to observe something twice. The buyer is the customer, and observed two things that could really enhance a customers experience. When someone comes into the office hospitality goes a long way. Offer your customers something to drink and popcorn, the machines were visible. Don't assume the customer knows it is open to them.
One more thing, on my latest purchase we immediately left the lot to go to the gas station,, we was on 'E'. Small things like that could enhance the experience. We will come back and we will continue to spread the word about your dealership. Thanks
