Matt Farnes was the salesman who took care of me. I talked to him quite a bit on the phone, and via text. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. A salesman at another dealership was too busy to handle the sale. When you are buying a $60,000 truck, you expect to have an attentive and knowledgeable sales professional to work with you, and Matt was just that. I cannot say enough about how good he is. I first spoke to him in the morning, and I drove my new truck home that afternoon. The other dealership lost out, and I don't even think they care. My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
In my opinion Rydell Chevrolet is one of the best car dealer in Northridge. Every time that I need help they are there for me. I really recomende Rydell to all my friends. Keep the good work, and thank you for being a nice and professional people.
