I had a wonderful all-around experience at the 99th avenue Carmax in Tolleson. The staff were very cheerful, respectful, and professional, especially my salesperson, Gabby. I found the best car for me. This Carmax is very organised and stress-free. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit Carmax.
This dealership and the people there are amazing. They take care of you and make the process of buying a car easy and enjoyable. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. The product they offered was excellent (clean and detailed both times I was there despite multiple dust storms), the customer service, the financing, and follow up were all also excellent. Very happy to have bought the car from such a great group of people. I highly recommend doing business with Munich Motors. Thanks again guys for the attention to detail, information, honesty and all around quality.
What a fantastic car buying experience! Goldie’s had the exact SUV we were looking for with super low miles. It was practically brand new. This was our first time buying a vehicle from Goldie’s and we will be back. Their philosophy of a lifetime customer not a one-time customer runs true throughout the whole experience. John was incredibly easy to work with. He is very kind, thoughtful, and patient. The no pressure environment is a welcomed change from my prior experiences with other dealerships. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
I absolutely love this place.. I stumbled upon this dealership from a snow bird friend of mine that bought a convertible and just raved about the car and experience.. I must say, they didn't disappoint. I came in asked to see a car, the salesman was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the vehicle. The entire buying process was explained up front and they stuck to what they said they were going to do. After driving the car, they showed me their service dept where I'll be taking my car in for service. Trust a true skeptical buyer... These guys are on it!!! I felt like this was a very easy car buying experience and would definitely recommend these guy because they are doing it right!!!! Thank you Andy and Mr. James for making an expensive purchase a very easy and seamless transaction, I must say this was the fastest and easiest purchase I've ever made... Kudos guys!!!!
101 Motors installed a Metal Cloak Game Changer lift on my new Jeep Wrangler JL. Also did new Westin Bumpers front and rear and side steps. Exceptional customer service, and very responsive. I am not the easiest customer, but they exceeded my expectations. Keith is awesome to work with.

I would like to first and foremost thank Sandrena Schumacher for how well she treated my wife and I while purchasing our new 2018 Escalade Platinum at Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had such a friendly and kind demeanor. She followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and invited my wife back to help her understand the features of the vehicle better. Overall, the best Cadillac purchase experience!
Our first experience at another dealership was a bit disappointing as the salesperson did not know the vehicle well enough (thankfully we did our research before), but faith restored with Cadillac thanks to Sandrena and the rest of the team!

Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
